ok so I have been gone for a while now I am back on track and then some! I joined a gym and have a trainer helping me to reach my goal I have gone from no exercise to walking 4 days on the treadmill at 2.5 incline and 2.5speed heart rate at 149-161 and the other 3 days I am doing 30 min of circuit training along with 30 minutes of the treadmill woo hoo I am finally getting this right. I have cut out most of the processed food and eating more natural food trying to follow more of a paleo diet I can do this I am hoping to achieve half of my goal weight by the end of May this year.
