Doc wants me to keep track of ibs flare ups & lengths in my journal, so he can track it better. I started ibs flare up last nite around 11 pm. My stomach hardly tolerates food when I get a bad flare up. I ate toast 2x today. Would've skipped the toast entirely except my sugar levels kept bottoming out. The last few times I've eaten Chinese food from a restaurant I've had a flare up. I'm ok if I make it at home . ????? Silver lining it was cooler today, falls coming. I ❤ fall.
