Phew. Got away with my binge -in fact, lost 2lb.
159.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Glad to see you are losing again but have you thought of just weighing once a week because then you would see the overall trend rather than getting upset by the natural fluctuations that happen from day to day. Generally once a week or even every fortnight gives a much more balanced view of the overall trend and generally if you weigh at the same time on the same day you get less variations, which might avoid the binging if iyour weight bobs up or down during the week. Keep it up anyway

The chips, Bella? They are Latvian. Unfortunately I live next to a small Latvian grocery shop! Astrid -- I weigh in at the swimming pool, and I don't go there on regular days, so it's not likely to always be the same day of the week (though my b/f has instructions to take me there every Sunday no excuses so mostly it's Sundays).
