Do we appreciate progress selfies here? Here’s one for the record from yesterday’s gym session, weighing about 64.5kg. I’m pretty happy with my results thus far (viable abs, VTaper, etc) but I want to continue and get more muscle definition and less body fat percentage. I am now about 11-12% but I want to shed a couple percentage points to look even more shredded.

What makes me even happier was that when I first arrived I was a 80kg dude with no muscle on me and pretty bad dietary habits. Go me!
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Drrachey. I do loads of exercise in general. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, I do dancing (Latin and house), I walk about 12-15km every day and I also do martial arts 2-3 times a week
