어제 저녁에 물냉면(1그릇)+왕만두(2개)를 먹었다
당연히 살이쪄야 맞다 (+0.5kg)
오늘도 저녁먹고 운동을 갈 예정이다

천도복숭아(3개)+냉만두국(1그릇)+김치
