Alhamdulillah it's been a year I'm on flexible dieting. 4 mo weight loss from 53 kg to 45 kg then 8 mo maintenance around 45-46 kg (and still counting). No matter how much you cheat, just get back on the track and always be consistent with your diet and healthy lifestyle😉💪
