Yes, I am back under my Target Weight! I ain't playin!! Yesterday I worked out, lowered the sodium, increased the water, power punched my calories, walked over 10,000 steps in 24 hours, and practiced my swing dance in preparation for swing dance tonite! This morning my 9:00AM Blood Pressure: R. Arm Sitting 100/70; L. Arm Sitting 102/72! Lets get in the 164 area by the end of da week! ABDiva and Figureight are on da move too! Go Team! OK...on to da gym...I'm late!
