In my biggest loser game, they schedule workouts for you. since my philosophy homework took too long, i could do mine till 12:20 last night... so i didnt get the stuff scheduled for yesterday! but still dd todays stuff plus some yoga. And- I lost a total of 5 lbs since last week!! Feel so good after I exercise, and actually look forward to doing them. Well, most of them. Now I know I can do it. The hard part now is to watch what I am eatng more closely.
