Well can't exercise so didn't pass that challenge this week but am finally down a pound since TOM messed things up! That's ok at this rate I'll be gaining next week and on TOM the week after!
120.4 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
