체지방 하락.
근육 상승.
그래도 체중이 올라가 있으니 그닥 기분은 별로..ㅜㅜ
77 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
