Ini gak bagus turun kebanyakan karena kemarin defkal nya parah. Baru bisa makan sstelah maghrib n g munhkin makan karbo banyak2 jam segitu takut sulit dicerna nti. Makan buah kebanyakan juga g baguz cz gula e banyak. Akhirny a turun 0,5kg semalam.
