Yoga: 20 min Les Mills Pump: 25 min
So I am gaining weight as I type!! This is so upsetting. I cut back a lot and started small workouts last week and I keep gaining. I started a week early so I am sure that has to contribute some. It still depresses me and I am really mad about this. I am sure my sister is going to call me and tell me how she has lost even more weight on top of the five pounds in one week she already has lost. Getting ready to go to the store and I am getting a ton of healthy foods for me to eat so I can stay on track. Thinking of not weighing myself till Febuary:( Very depresses at the moment.

I know the feeling Sarah. It will come down. I'm not sure why it happens the way it happens sometimes. I can still remember how easy it was for me to lose weight 1.5 years ago and now? Oh boy. I think lose and I gain. Don't worry about your sister. You just keep plugging ahead with your healthy foods. It WILL happen. HUGS, girl.
