Had an awesome workout week with a solid 5 days in. Started increasing the intensity of my workouts to get my heart rate into the fat burn zone for majority of the workout duration. Finished off strong on Friday. Kept my calorie intake clean and in deficit for most of these 5 days, except for the Thai food on Tuesday. Looking forward to a 10km walk on the promenade this Sunday and perhaps some Chinese after the walk.
