Good Morning !! My scale was kind to me this morning lost another 2 lbs I know I should'nt weigh myself daily, but it really keeps me in check ! I am really lacking energy this morning and don't really feel like working out, up all night with a vomiting child UGH! Maybe I feel better after I drink this coffee :)

I think weighing in every day is a good idea. In fact, I think that there was a study that claimed dieters who weighed every day lost more. You just can't let a one day "bad" fluctuation cause you to get so discouraged that you quit.
