I am entering this journal as a reminder to myself and others that following a regimented eating and exercise program in life is essential, I started my change in what I ate and how I exercised back in Jan 2017 when I had reached my heaviest weight ever of 245 Lbs. I had maintained my weight for a good year but slowly started gaining my weight back by not being cautious of how much calories I had been eating at each meal or snack. I had no problem being on a 2500 calorie a day program for this was the average daily intake recommended for a male with some exercise or doing work.On July 14, 2019 my weight had gone to 205 Lbs and I am making another decision to get my weight back and again I am following a low calorie intake program to get my weight down first and then I can resume a normal daily calorie intake but in moderation.
