Gained 2 pounds and lost one. I will have to get back on track when I get back home on Monday.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ah, don't worry about it! You're doing great! I can follow my lifestyle change 1000% and I still go up and down. I kinda figured my weight fluctuates on a pretty regular basis but well, I know I am doing the right thing as are you. You are steadily going down so a pound is a mere blip in the big picture. :)
