Wow!!!! 😮 I’ll take that, holiday weight back off and then some, so happy with that. Hard work and thinking about what your putting in your body, and I did have a day (Sunday where I didn’t calorie control and eat 2 slices of cake) but I find if your good 90% of the time your allowed to have a naughty day every now and again!!! Nearing my target!!!
