Setelah mau menginjak 3 minggu, minum ultimate drink JSR, plus makan real food, turun lagi 2kg.. Alhamdulillah... :)
55 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
