減糖、不運動、不挨餓、晚餐蔬果餐- 第四天

吃過早餐,中午趕著畫產品圖也不餓索性就不吃嘍。晚餐 雞肉便當上的便當菜和幾口飯,幾口小孩吃剩的大腸麵線😋😋
