Finally getting my motivation back! Thank goodness, it's about time! I think I just have to take it one day and one meal at a time. I think I get way to overwhelmed if I think about all the changes that I will have to make in the long run.

So that's what I'm going to keep doing...
140.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That's the ticket...each day...each meal. If you up your protein you'll find that you are not as hungry. Hunger was my nemesis.

As long as you're breathing, you're still in the game. You're right, a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. As long as you're trying, you're learning, and the more you learn, the easier this journey will get.
