前天連睡了整整一天進食量也少了,隔天除了自暴自棄吃了3/2罐的爆米花跟麻油雞歐北呷⋯然後今天進食優格+水果;空腹量體重,體重體脂肪終於降了!撒花~體水份也提升到46了!加油,果然減少份量對我來說還是比較有用的!
68.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
