keto and intermittent fasting seem to be working. not to hungry either on the diet which helps. I have been amazed at how little calories I eat and feel full.
115.6 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
