Really have not been following the program well- lots of things going on. It was a total carb weekend. summer is very hard love the fresh fruits and veggies, but I like to have fun on the weekends.
I have been pretty good- Monday thru Friday. When the kids go back to school it should be easier- but I will miss Sarah.
