I'm back to my lowest weight since I made my lifestyle changes. I've been following Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live 6 week plan. I really like it since it really simplifies my food and I get to eat a lot of it. Eating lots of fruits and veggies, cooked and raw. The hardest part is cutting back on the sodium which I'm doing little by little. Plus, minimizing the fat is something I'm also cutting out a little at a time. I don't know if I can go without Bragg's or vegenaise but I figure that if I follow 80-90% of the time, then I'm doing ok.
