Winter is upon us. Exercise is non existent.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It's definitely harder in the winter. I bought myself Jillian Michaels Body Revolution for myself for Christmas. I just started it and love it so far. It's a 90 day program and only about 30 minutes a day. It's really motivating me to work out. I double up on the cardio when I have time. Lot's of dvd's you can do at home. Don't let the winter weather deter you.

LOVE my Jillian Michaels DVDs, too. There are so many different ones and you can modify them to suit your own fitness level.
