Started going to the gym in the last few weeks. I am getting comfortable with using a lot of the equipment. The rowing machine and the elliptical are becoming my favorite ones. I am the total noob at the cables. There are tons of videos on YouTube that I am using to help me. It is becoming a habit, I want and do go everyday.
82.9 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
