Just had a delicious cheese filled bread that was deep fried (a present for someone close). Hope that it will make me feel not hungry with a glass of green tea so I can make dinner without my tummy growling.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
