I actually started on 12/30/12 but it wouldn't let me go back. I have lost 5 lbs in the last 6 days. I heard this website mentioned a lot as a good place to keep track of carbs.

Megan, I think there is a way to go back but I dont remember how. Someone told me how when I started bc i stared FS about 1 month after i started dieting. I wonder if any one else knows how to do that??

Thanks redgirl:), I finally figured it out yesterday. It was hidden a bit but was able to go back at put in my starting weight and a couple other prior day weigh-ins.
