107/07-75.5早就設定好目標,
但一直沒行動力,歷經半年一點也沒變化。
直到108/03發生一些事,食慾不佳
短短三個多月降了6-7公斤
果然要從嘴巴控制吃進去的東西,才能控制體重
接下來要增加運動選項了
