我被豬隊友傳染😷😷好幾天(他更慘被傳染A型流感上上週日晚上發起高燒掛急診打了流感針劑花快三張小朋友了😭😭😭),胃口不佳體重上上下下反增了0.3😑😑😑(豬隊友減了一公斤以上吧!)

宅媽要多休息多喝水喔,我每次快要感冒時,喝大量的溫水,會比較快好

多補充維他命 c 和b族 很重要

嗯。我也覺得剛不舒服時身體對水的需求也變得更大,剛開始那幾天幾乎天天喝有3000以上,後來比就好時就恢復到跟平常差不多3000左右
