Yesterday, coffee, mct, and hemp oil in the morning, 96 protein, 72 fat, 29 carbs, yogurt times three, muscle milk,
70.8 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
