Not much change but that's fine, I have dropped my calorie intake by 200 so should see a little loss soon hopefully. Not been running or to the gym as I hurt my knee over the weekend (no idea how!) and have been taking it easy.
57.3 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
