잘 빠질때는 0.5키로도 한번에 빠지는데 약간 정체 중
사실 그만 빼도 되긴 하는데 내 체중계 앞자리 4인거 한번쯤 보고싶잖아 😏
50.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
