Hey I’ll take it. My body does no good when I eat to much. It must conserve too much energy or something. But honestly to be at a stable wt I feel most times I have to cut my cals down a lot. Keto helps me not go crazy with the carbs. I want red vines soooo bad !!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤
