i supprised at the loss. thought i would have gained from this week. its been stressfull. the amount of loss worries me though since they say anything more than a
1.5 lbs per week is un healthy, but i realy only felt hungry once this week between meals so im not starving myself
125.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 44.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
