It was a hard week with the holiday and everything... It seemed like everywhere I went there was no defined meal times, just constant snacking... fell into the homemade deserts too this past week visiting family and friends...
Next week weigh in will be better than this one. I know where I fell off the wagon and what I have to do to refocus.

Summer and vacation can be tricky for sure. I try to concentrate on core foods. That helps me avoid some of the snack challenges.
