I guess being I didn't eat much yesterday that paid off small portions thank god I finally had a drop I was started to get frustrated bad thing was I didn't drink much water either
52.2 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
