Blaming gain on Easter weekend of all you can eat Korean BBQ, cheesecake and snacks. Was at 194+ on Tuesday... 40 hour fast Wednesday. OMAD the rest of week. Working out everyday to oay for binge.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
