I went on a cruise a month ago after being on keato for three months and lost focus. Yesterday I started my keato again.

88.7 kg Lost so far: 65.5 kg. Still to go: 9.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
