我目測吃幾口的量,就大約是我平常裝滿一個盤子的量啊,剛好二號豬隊友轉大人中,所有點的肉肉菜菜都有吃光光,還會埋怨我,這幾個月來點菜數量變少了😅

也是,去年的現在我也是降比較多😂😂😂維持身材和體重好辛苦喔😥😥😥幸好身體線條有比去年好😅😅😅現在努力減蹄膀和三層肉😤😤😤

是這樣說沒錯但看到體重一直不明地暴增還是很心衰,畢竟我每天都很辛苦努力運動著,沒有成效也不能變反效ㄚ😭😭😭
