Thanksgiving parties. Desserts, wine, mashed potatoes, going back for seconds, etc. No-wheat is not cutting it, nor is increased exercising.
This week it is back to careful routine of meat/fish and vegetables/salad in reasonable portions I hope.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
