This says I have lost 10 lbs, but I have lost 20, and I think i put my first weight in wrong. I also have lost an additional 25 since 2018, so it's a total of 45, since last year, but only 20 on keto. I have noticed that some people talk about smaller goals, and I think that 200 lbs is a pretty HUGE goal and I should probably cut it up into smaller goals. Not sure how to do that though. I love this keto diet. I am so satisfied with every meal I don't feel the need to cheat, very much, that is. And when I cheat, I do it with tiny low carb choices. I'm happy with who the new me is going to be! The only thing I really miss is fruit.
