One glass of wine last night & up at 4 am this morning. Is it worth it?... YES, once/week, it is, cuz I do love my red wine! Had a great sushi dinner & fun with great friends last night. Took my FS buddies advice & had edamame, seaweed salad (delicious!), & sashimi... and a few tastes of dessert, and no weight gain this morning or bloat yet. We'll see what the day brings & tomo morning, but regardless it was a fun night. Playing tennis with the hubby this morning & out to dinner with my mother-in-law tonight. (We lost my father-in-law this past summer so spend a lot more time with her -- luckily I love her & she's as excited to see her grandson as I am to have my baby home.) Hope this good mood continues -- I know in my past many times after a night out & early am wakeup comes an afternoon exhaustion & sugar cravings. But, I know to look for that now, take a nap & log everything I eat -- all that great advice as well from my FS friends:)
