Competition is in 3 weeks. I will be getting my new diet plan on Wednesday or Thursday. This is where it's going to start getting a little rough. I am going to hit Spin class for some good cardio and follow it with some yoga for stretching tonight.
54.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
