Feeling great after my 3 day cleanse -- really 2 1/2 days because joined a friend for dinner last night. So, will use remaining 2 items today. Got to the mexican restaurant that she'd picked out to find the menu was different than what was posted online. I'd picked out a great vegetarian item (best to eat that way for a couple days after cleansing) which threw me at first, but I found another item that fit the bill & was very tasty. Really enjoyed myself, my friend, my dinner & my margarita (doesn't fit the cleanse routine, but a girl's gotta live a little too, right?!?). Hoping to continue this type of eating going into Thanksgiving -- lots of veggies, fruits, nuts & beans. But, best news of all today -- my baby (20 year old baby that is) comes home from college tonight:), and his older brother on Monday night. Can't wait to all be together for the holiday!
