I’ll keep going with you! 😊 I’m a bit down, too, but am going to try to restrict calories a little further. I love this app because of the accountability and friendly people. You can do it!

Maybe you are not getting enough protein in your diet? OR your calories are to low and your burning off muscle not fat. The only reason I ask that is because my trainer said same thing to me. Im at 1100 calories/day

@Pisnoerin. Would love to join forces. Maybe we can learn from one another our successes or .... Refuse to fill in. We are going to wow ourselves by reaching our goals.

Lift weights and the inches will come off! You can just find simple weight resistance routines online .. use cans of vegetables for weights or jugs of water... you will build muscle and it will boost your metabolism and burn fat for hours after you work out! IT WORKS!!!

I agree with Tara ... Looking at your food diary you are not getting enough protein. Up that and you will see some weight loss that is fat loss. It is worth it to have a session with a nutritionist. They can take a look at your food diary and your goals and let you know what you need to adjust to get to where you want to be. Sometimes your Dr has a nutritionist you can see for just a small fee. When selecting a nutritionist, be sure to get one certified and degree'd. Not a 'renting a space in a strip mall' type of "expert".

Thank you all for your feed back
Lol. Attempted increasing my protein but for some dumb reason if up my protein my carbs increase or fats go into a deficit. I’d be happy just to eat steak
Excuse #2. Lol. Need to go back to gym and touch base with a trainer. Have had 2 rotator cuff injuries (work related) 1 surgical repaired but opted out of surgery for 2nd - but eventually might need to cave since not sleeping at night due to discomfort I know you are all right Appreciate your comments / anything else comes to mind please post

Don't worry too much about macros. Keep an eye on the actual numbers. How many grams of carb and how many grams of protein. Don't be afraid to add fat either. It works great on keto
