亂七八糟減醣到現在一個月了體重卻瘦了3公斤
換句話說如果認真起來減醣一定不只瘦3公斤
下個月目標6公斤

醫生說,一星期0.5-1公斤是最正常的減重速度了,3公斤很讚👍👍壓力太大反而不好減重
