Today I am 159. Havent seen the other side of 160 for a few months. I am convinced now that this WW diet is going to work for me.
I have worked out for an hour two days in a row and today I am going to hit the gym or treadmill again today.
I find its a little hard to decide what to eat but the WW book explains everything well as for portions and the calculator also helps. I think its a good idea to buy for the next day and not do big shops for the time being.
Veggies can be bought in abundance as can eggs cause I eat them both like they are going out of style. I am spending sixteen a week on weekly meetings but saving a fortune on alcohol.
I am getting really creative in the kitchen and eating fish more regularily since they are so little points. Half a tilapia is one point and half a cup of rice is a few points so I seriously can get stuffed on a few point meal.
I am also physically feeling less depressed and mentally less depressed. I believe this is related to food choices.
