Not sure how I lost that pound as I havent weight since I went to Wt Watchers at beginning of the month, and havent changed my diet at all. Obviously still no exercise to speak of, due to the fatigue. (But appt at Flagstaff Clinic April 10 should help with that!!!)
Roasted veggies this week: eggplant, onions, garlic, beets(varied), red peppers. Yum!
