I am so ashamed of this but it’s the result of exercise and subpar eating so it’s probably a buildup of both muscle and fat. The muscle is a good thing, the fat is not. Oh well...
60.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
